Key Responsibilities & Role Details:
Lead and supervise predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities for mechanical equipment to ensure seamless plant operations.
Plan and execute plant shutdowns, allocate and manage manpower resources, and provide technical guidance for critical plant machinery including pumps, conveyors, and mills.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, 5S, and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA).
Ensure strict compliance with plant safety standards, EHS protocols, and maintain zero-accident guidelines.
Manage spare parts inventory, optimize maintenance costs, and ensure minimal equipment downtime.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
