Area HR Manager Department: Human Resources Designation: Cluster HR Location: Delhi | Hyderabad | Pune | Jaipur | Lucknow | Raipur Experience: 2+ Years Reporting To: HR Manager / Regional HR Head ROLE OBJECTIVE The Cluster HR will be responsible for HR operations across 5–8 outlets within the assigned cluster, ensuring effective recruitment, employee management, HR compliance and implementation of company policies. The role requires regular travel to assigned outlets for HR audits and process reviews.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Recruitment & Hiring Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and onboarding. Source candidates through Naukri, WorkIndia, referrals, consultants and other channels. Ensure timely closure of manpower requirements.

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate pipelines. HR Operations Manage employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave and exit formalities. Maintain accurate employee records and HR MIS. Coordinate with the central HR/payroll team for HRMS and employee-related activities.

Address and resolve employee queries and concerns. Cluster & Outlet Management Act as the HR SPOC for 5–8 outlets in the assigned cluster. Coordinate with outlet managers for manpower and HR requirements.

Conduct HR audits across assigned outlets. Check attendance, documentation, HR processes and policy compliance during visits. Identify HR gaps and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

Engagement & Retention Conduct regular employee interactions and understand workplace concerns. Support employee engagement and retention initiatives. Track and analyse employee attrition and exit reasons.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS 2+ years of relevant HR experience with hands-on recruitment experience. Must have experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring candidates. Knowledge of HR Operations, employee lifecycle and basic HR compliance.

Valuable communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS. Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations. Must be flexible and comfortable with frequent travel.

Experience in multi-location, automobile, retail or frontline hiring will be an advantage. TRAVEL REQUIREMENT Official travel expenses will be covered by the company as per company policy.
