Role & Responsibilities:

- Drive business growth and profitability across the assigned area by delivering targets on CASA, Retail Assets, Wealth, Third-Party Products, and overall branch performance.

- Lead and manage Branch Managers across the area, ensuring effective execution of business strategies, productivity enhancement, and talent development.

- Monitor key business metrics, identify growth opportunities, and implement action plans to improve market share, customer acquisition, and portfolio quality.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, audit, operational, and risk management standards across all branches within the area.

- Build strong relationships with key customers, local business communities, and external stakeholders to enhance the Bank's presence and business franchise.

- Drive employee engagement, succession planning,



and performance management to build a high-performing sales and service culture.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/Postgraduate with 10-15 years of banking experience, including multi-branch or cluster management exposure.

- Proven track record in leading large banking teams and delivering consistent business growth across liabilities, assets, and fee-income products.

- Solid leadership, people management, business development, and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Good understanding of retail banking operations, credit, compliance, audit, and risk management frameworks.

- Strong market knowledge, strategic thinking, and ability to drive business performance across diverse geographies
