Role Description The Architect role at Virtuoso Designer is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating interior and architectural planning for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day activities include meeting with clients, understanding functional and aesthetic requirements, creating design proposals, and collaborating with project managers, interior designers, and contractors.

The role also involves overseeing design execution on site, ensuring adherence to specifications, timelines, and quality standards,



and integrating custom detailing into the overall design. The Architect will contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and documentation standards within the studio.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including planning, coordination with stakeholders, and monitoring timelines and deliverables.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools or workflows, such as CAD/BIM platforms and digital collaboration systems.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and be comfortable with technical drawings and documentation.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, and on-site teams.
- Candidates should possess a recognized degree in Architecture and appropriate professional certifications or registration, where applicable; prior experience in interior-focused or turnkey projects is an advantage.
