Job Overview

​We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architect with 3 to 5 years of proven experience in commercial and hospitality projects (hotels, resorts, restaurants, corporate offices, retail spaces). The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating design concepts into accurate architectural drawings, working drawings, and coordinated site deliverables.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Develop architectural drawings, concept layouts, working drawings, and municipal/GFC (Good for Construction) drawings for commercial and hospitality developments.
- ​Coordinate with interior designers, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and landscape teams to resolve technical integration and site conflicts.
- ​Prepare detailed specifications, material schedules, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) in alignment with project budgets and timelines.
- ​Conduct periodic site visits to verify execution quality, alignment with drawings, and resolve on-site architectural issues.
- ​Ensure all designs adhere to local building bye-laws,



safety codes, and hospitality/commercial design standards.

​Requirements & Technical Skills

- ​Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from an accredited institution. (COA registration preferred).
- ​Experience: 3–5 years of solid architectural experience specifically focused on commercial or hospitality sectors.
- ​Core Software: Strong hands-on expertise in AutoCAD (essential for working drawings, detailing, and drafting).
- ​Familiarity (Preferred): Working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or basic presentation tools (Photoshop) is an added advantage.
- ​In-depth understanding of building codes, materials, construction techniques, and joinery/finishing details.
- ​Solid communication and coordination skills to manage clients, vendors, and consultants effectively.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
