Role Overview

We are looking for a energetic Architect with strong layout planning and drafting skills to support our corporate office and co-working interior projects. The role focuses on layout creation, test fit-out drawings, and fast design customizations while ensuring compliance with building norms and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare layout plans, test fit-out drawings, and space planning layouts for corporate office and co-working projects.

- Execute quick and accurate design customizations based on internal and client requirements.

- Develop detailed AutoCAD drawings including furniture layouts, partition layouts, and area optimization plans.

- Ensure compliance with National Building Code (NBC), building regulations, and workplace standards.

- Work closely with internal teams to incorporate revisions efficiently.

- Maintain high drafting speed and drawing accuracy under tight timelines.

- Support documentation required for layout approvals.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) mandatory.

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in corporate office interior design.

- Experience in co-working or commercial office projects will be an added advantage.
