Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Architect with 7 to 10 years of experience in architectural design, planning, project coordination, and execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative and functional design solutions, managing architectural projects, coordinating with consultants and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with applicable building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities-

- Lead architectural design and development from concept to detailed design and execution.
- Prepare architectural layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings.
- Develop design concepts, presentations, 3D models, and detailed drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure seamless project integration.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate with site teams to resolve design and execution issues.
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and design quality.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Identify design improvements, cost-effective solutions,



and opportunities to optimize project outcomes.
- Mentor junior architects and support the development of the design team.

Required Skills and Qualifications-

- 7-10 years of relevant experience in architecture and building design.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design tools.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods, and materials.
- Understanding of building codes, local regulations, and approval processes.
- Robust project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

- Experience managing projects from concept design through construction and handover.
- Exposure to commercial, residential, institutional, industrial, or mixed-use projects.
- Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and energy-efficient building solutions.
