- Create architectural design concepts, sketches, and 3D visualizations to communicate design ideas to clients and project stakeholders.

- Develop detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.

- Select materials, finishes, and colors that align with the design vision and meet functional requirements.

- Incorporate sustainable design principles and practices into the architectural designs.

- Coordinate with engineering teams, consultants, and other professionals to ensure that the design aligns with structural, mechanical, electrical, and other engineering requirements.

- Collaborate with interior designers and landscape architects to integrate interior and exterior design elements seamlessly

- Prepare and present design documentation,



including architectural drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

- Create detailed construction drawings, including plans, sections, and details, for use by construction teams.

- Assist in the preparation of permit applications and other regulatory submissions.

- Review shop drawings and material samples to ensure they align with the design intent and specifications.

- Maintain organized project files and documentation throughout the design process.
