About Kolo

Kolo helps families in Kerala and the Gulf build their homes with confidence. We do floor plan reviews, quotation checks, material buying support and expert guidance, and we reach homeowners through webinars, videos and WhatsApp.

The role

We want an architect who can explain home design and construction on camera and plan what we say. You’ll be the expert face of Kolo. You’ll turn real homeowner problems into content that builds trust and brings in customers.

What you’ll do

- Plan content: Run the monthly content calendar for Reels, YouTube, webinars and ads. Base topics on real homeowner questions, such as floor plans, budgets, materials, contractor mistakes and Vastu vs. function.
- Present: Host our live webinars and on-camera videos in Malayalam and English, and handle live Q&A; with homeowners.
- Write scripts: Write or refine scripts, hooks and talking points that make technical ideas easy.
- Use real cases: Pick out plans and quotations we’ve reviewed and turn them into before/after explainers, with client permission.

- Track results: Work with the marketing team on what’s working, using views, webinar attendance and leads, and adjust.
- Advise sometimes: Join homeowner consultations when needed. This keeps the content grounded.

What we’re looking for

- B.Arch, with 2–5 years in residential design, ideally in Kerala
- Confident on camera and fluent in Malayalam. Good English is a plus.
- Can explain technical things simply, without jargon
- Some experience making content: Instagram, YouTube, talks or teaching
- Understands Kerala construction: costs, materials, local practices, and NRI client worries

Why join

- Become the trusted voice for thousands of families building homes
- Shape content strategy from day one, not just present it
- Small, fast team where your work goes straight to homeowner

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
