We are hiring a Junior Architect for a construction and design firm specializing in high-rise structures, residences, industrial complexes, office buildings and shopping malls. The role is suited to an architect with 1–4 years of relevant experience who can support architectural design, working drawings, 3D visualization and project coordination across design and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing architectural designs, concepts and layouts.

- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections and detailed working drawings.

- Develop 2D drawings and 3D visualizations for design presentations.

- Support design development, construction detailing and material selection.

- Coordinate drawings and project information with consultants and project teams.

- Assist in coordinating architectural, interior and furniture-related requirements.

- Participate in site visits to review work progress and drawing implementation.





- Support quality checks to ensure work meets design specifications and project requirements.

- Incorporate drawing revisions based on feedback from senior architects and project teams.

- Maintain organised project drawings, presentations and technical documentation.

- Support project coordination and timely delivery of assigned tasks.

Requirements

- B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) is required.

- 1–4 years of professional experience in architecture or a related design role.

- Practical knowledge of architectural planning, working drawings and construction detailing.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD

- Working knowledge of

Revit, Photoshop and 3D visualization tools such as SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion or similar software.

- Understanding of building materials, construction methods and site execution.

- Ability to prepare design presentations and technical documentation.

- Good communication, teamwork and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage assigned tasks, drawing revisions and project deliverables within deadlines.
