Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural designs, working drawings, specification, presentation drawings, and detail drawings for the projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences.
- Develop conceptual designs that meet client needs while ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Create 3D models using software such as SketchUp or Revit Architecture for preparing proposals.
- Provide technical support during construction phase to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and presentations.
- Prepare detailed drawings and project documentation.
- Coordinate architectural designs with structural and MEP consultants.
