- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of electrical circuits, arc stability, metal behavior under heat, and polarity settings.

- Certifications & Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or regional certifications preferred.

- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift heavy metal parts or equipment

- Tool Proficiency: Experience with angle grinders, tape measures, calipers, multi-meters, and hand/power tools.

- Electrical Grounding & Setup: Attach and maintain proper ground clamps, work leads, and magnetic or mechanical return paths to clean, bare metal surfaces to prevent arc blow, voltage drops, or electrical damage.

- Blueprint & Drawing Interpretation: Read and follow engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and welding procedure specifications

- Material Preparation: Clean, cut, bevel, grind, and fit metal components (steel, stainless steel, or aluminum) using saws, grinders, and torches.

- Welding Operations: Perform MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), Stick (SMAW), or flux-core welding in flat, vertical, or overhead positions as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
