Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding pending healthcare claims
- Review and update claim information in the system
- Support claim resolution and denial management activities
- Maintain accurate records of all follow-up activities
- Work towards achieving daily productivity and quality targets
Added Advantage
- Experience in AR Calling, Medical Billing, or US Healthcare processes
- Experience in voice or customer service roles
