Job Summary

As an Application Tester, you’ll help deliver reliable software by planning and running tests across web, mobile, and service-based applications. You’ll work with developers and business partners throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering through release management.

Your impact: Careful testing and clear defect reporting help teams resolve issues before release, giving users more dependable applications.

Responsibilities

- Design test cases and QA test plans for functional, system, unit, user acceptance, mobile, performance, and A/B testing.

- Execute manual and automated tests for Android and iOS mobile applications, user interfaces (UI), web services, application programming interfaces (APIs), and RESTful and SOAP services.

- Track defects, perform root cause analysis and debugging, and support software troubleshooting and technical support.

- Analyze test results and data; document findings and coordinate quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC), and release activities.

- Collaborate with Agile or Waterfall teams, including Scrum and DevOps workflows,



and contribute to continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).

Requirements

- Quality assurance experience within information technology (IT), with knowledge of software testing, test automation, automation, and QA test execution.

- Familiarity with Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, LoadRunner, HP ALM, Jira, and other defect tracking tools.

- Scripting or development experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, C#,.NET, SQL, PL/SQL, or related languages; knowledge of MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, or MongoDB is practical.

- Exposure to version control and build tools such as Git, GitHub, GitLab, SVN, TFS, Maven, Ant, and Jenkins;

experience with AWS, Azure, Linux, or Windows is a plus.

- Understanding of REST, JSON, XML, JDBC, service-oriented architecture, MVC, networking, and business requirements; strong analysis and data analysis skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
