Role Summary In the role of Application Support Engineer, the ideal candidate will act as a software detective, identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and ensure optimal system performance.





Key Responsibilities

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for application support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements.
- Engage in knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Anticipate potential issues and proactively address them.
- Provide solutions to problems for immediate and cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate team decisions and contribute to key project decisions.
- Ensure user satisfaction and system reliability.

Must-Have Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in application support.
- Proficiency in Graph Databases.
- Robust understanding of database management and optimization techniques.
- Experience with troubleshooting application issues.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle methodologies.

Nice to Have

- Experience in Life Sciences R&D.;
- Knowledge of cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
