Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, develop or deliver solutions within the it & digital services function, as appropriate to the role.
- Apply relevant technologies and practices, including Site24x7, synthetic monitoring, RUM, APM, Selenium, incident response, to assigned technical requirements.
- Analyze business or engineering requirements and translate them into practical deliverables.
- Document designs, configurations, test outcomes and implementation decisions.
- Collaborate with technical specialists,



project stakeholders and quality assurance teams.
- Troubleshoot defects, recommend corrective actions and support continuous improvement.
- Follow agreed quality, security, safety and delivery standards appropriate to the assignment.

Required Skills & Experience

Core technical exposure: Site24x7, synthetic monitoring, RUM, APM, Selenium, incident response.

Experience: 5–7 years.

Strong problem-solving, documentation, stakeholder communication and cooperative delivery skills.
