? Education: MBA (Operations/Systems) or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, IT, or a related field.

? Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled professional to support digital transformation initiatives across Manufacturing, Quality, and R&D; functions. The ideal candidate will drive project coordination, business requirement gathering, application enhancements, and implementation activities across manufacturing sites.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage application projects from requirement gathering through implementation.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, plant teams, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Prepare BRDs, process maps, test cases, UAT documentation, and project status reports.
- Track project timelines, risks, issues,



and deliverables.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Support system integrations, testing, user training, and post-go-live stabilization.

? Required Skills & Experience

- Experience in Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, or Plant Operations projects.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and enterprise applications.
- Exposure to PLM, MES, LIMS, QMS, IoT, or Industry 4.0 initiatives is an added advantage.
- Robust stakeholder management, project coordination, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
