Job Summary: This role focuses on enhancing global payroll operations through robust business process management. You will be instrumental in standardizing and documenting processes across numerous countries. The position demands a proactive approach to process improvement and effective collaboration with stakeholders worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and revise standard operating procedures for global payroll.

- Ensure consistency in documentation across all regions and countries.

- Conduct periodic reviews of process documentation with regional leads.

- Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and achieve best-in-class BPM.

- Provide regular progress updates on BPM efforts to leadership.

Must-Have Skills:

- Extensive experience in documenting business processes and procedures.





- Proven ability to lead and drive process management initiatives.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Industry Experience: Experience in managing payroll operations across multiple countries is preferred.
