SiliconMinds Technologies is looking for passionate and technically skilled candidates for the position of Analog Design Trainer. We welcome freshers with solid fundamentals in analog electronics and experienced Analog Design Engineers who are interested in training and mentoring aspiring VLSI professionals.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions on Analog and Mixed-Signal IC Design fundamentals.
- Teach semiconductor device physics, CMOS technology, and analog circuit theory.
- Explain the operation and design of MOSFET-based analog circuits.
- Train students in the design of amplifiers, differential pairs, current mirrors, and biasing circuits.
- Explain operational amplifiers, comparators, and reference circuits.
- Introduce frequency response, gain, bandwidth, stability, noise, and power optimization.
- Teach circuit simulation, schematic design, and performance analysis.
- Provide hands-on training using industry-standard EDA tools, preferably Cadence Virtuoso and Spectre.
- Introduce transistor-level circuit design, corner analysis, and Monte Carlo simulations.
- Explain analog layout considerations and the impact of parasitics on circuit performance.
- Guide students through practical projects, assignments, and industry-oriented design exercises.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and technical assessments.
- Evaluate student progress and provide technical mentoring.





Required Skills

- Strong fundamentals in analog electronics and circuit theory.
- Understanding of CMOS technology and MOSFET operation.
- Knowledge of analog circuit design, including amplifiers, current mirrors, and differential circuits.
- Understanding of gain, bandwidth, frequency response, noise, and stability.
- Familiarity with SPICE-based circuit simulation tools.
- Knowledge of Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, or equivalent EDA tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor device physics and IC design flow.
- Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Educational Qualifications B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), or a related discipline.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers: Candidates with strong analog electronics fundamentals and completed VLSI training can apply.
- Experienced Candidates: Analog Design Engineers with practical experience in transistor-level circuit design, simulation, and verification are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates should have a passion for teaching and technical mentoring.
- Must be willing to work full-time in Visakhapatnam.
