Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AM Purchase & Procurement Executive to manage procurement, vendor coordination for real estate projects. The role requires strong negotiation skills, cost control expertise, and hands-on experience in construction and electrical procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement & Vendor Management

- Handle end-to-end procurement activities for real estate projects, including electrical materials, MEP items, and construction-related supplies.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors/suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and compliance standards.
- Float enquiries, analyze quotations, prepare comparative statements, and recommend vendors.
- Negotiate prices, terms, delivery schedules, and payment conditions to ensure cost optimization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and contractors.

2. Project Coordination

- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and planning teams to understand material and service requirements.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials as per project schedules.
- Resolve procurement or contract-related issues impacting project execution.

3. Compliance & Reporting

- Ensure adherence to statutory, safety, and company compliance requirements in procurement and contracting activities.
- Prepare MIS reports related to procurement status, vendor performance, cost savings, and contract summaries.




- Support audits and management reviews by providing accurate documentation and reports.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Knowledge of 4QT Software.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and contract management in the real estate/construction industry.
- Understanding of electrical materials, MEP systems, and construction specifications (preferred).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Ability to analyze quotations, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP/procurement systems.
- Robust organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 6-7 years of relevant experience in purchase and procurement within the real estate or construction sector.
- Graduate degree (full-time)
- Bachelors degree in engineering, supply chain, or a related field will be an added advantage.
