About the RoleMoney Culture is looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable AI Teaching Faculty to develop and record high-quality educational video lectures for school students studying in English medium (Grades 5–10).

The selected faculty member will create engaging, student-friendly recorded lessons for our Learning Management System (LMS), helping students understand Artificial Intelligence through practical examples, demonstrations, and real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare lesson-wise PowerPoint presentations and teaching materials.
- Record video lectures according to the prescribed AI literacy curriculum for Grades 5–10.
- Explain AI concepts in simple, clear English suitable for school students.
- Demonstrate AI tools and their educational applications where appropriate.
- Cover topics such as AI fundamentals, generative AI, prompt engineering, AI for learning and creativity, responsible AI, ethics, and digital safety.
- Ensure lectures are structured, engaging, accurate, and suitable for online learning.
- Record and submit edited or raw video files as per agreed technical specifications.

Eligibility & Requirements




- Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Teaching experience at school level or experience in educational content creation is preferred.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for students in Grades 5–10.
- Must have access to a suitable lecture recording setup, including a computer/laptop, microphone, webcam or camera, and a quiet recording workplace.
- Familiarity with PowerPoint, screen recording, and AI tools is desirable.
