Job Summary

We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic AI Trainer / AI Lecturer to deliver practical and theoretical training in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Agentic AI and Generative AI. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain complex concepts through engaging classroom or online training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct classroom and online training sessions on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Agentic AI, and Generative AI.

● Teach concepts related to Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI-powered tools.

● Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises using AI tools.

● Explain AI concepts, algorithms, model training, and real-world applications.

● Develop training materials, presentations, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.

● Guide learners through practical exercises, AI-based projects, and real-world use cases.

● Conduct interactive sessions, clarify doubts, and evaluate learner performance.

● Use online platforms for virtual training.

● Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry trends.

Required Skills

● Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.

● Familiarity with Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks.

● Practical knowledge of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, prompt engineering, and AI productivity tools.

● Good understanding of LLMs, AI applications, and automation concepts.





● Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and teaching skills.

● Ability to simplify technical concepts for beginners and professionals.

● Experience in preparing training materials and conducting practical sessions.

● Ability to engage learners and support them throughout the training process.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related fields, with specialization in Generative AI, LLMs, Deep Learning, NLP, or AI Automation.

Experience

● 2 – 7 years of experience in AI training, technical training, teaching, lecturing, AI development, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

● Passion for teaching and knowledge sharing.

● Strong technical and problem-solving abilities.

● Comfortable conducting both theoretical and practical sessions.

● Need good communication.

● Candidates with industry experience, academic teaching experience, or online training experience are encouraged to apply.
