Hiring: AI/ML Engineer – AI Governance & Automation

Domain: Oil & Gas / Reservoir Domain Experience Preferred

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Python.
- Experience in AI/ML and Data Science.
- Knowledge of automation frameworks and data pipelines.
- Experience with API integration.
- Understanding of Responsible AI and AI Governance.
- Knowledge of Data Governance principles.
- Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, NIST, and OECD AI principles.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI/ML solutions using Python.
- Build and maintain automated workflows, data pipelines, and API integrations.
- Implement AI governance, Responsible AI, and data governance practices.
- Ensure AI solutions align with applicable regulatory and governance frameworks.




- Work with cross-functional teams to improve AI automation and data processing.
- Support AI model development, validation, monitoring, and compliance.
- Contribute to GenAI and Agentic AI initiatives where applicable.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI.
- Experience with Azure ML or Azure AI Foundry.
- Exposure to Databricks or DataRobot.
- Practical understanding of AI governance frameworks and implementation.

Eligibility Criteria
- Oil & Gas or Reservoir-domain experience preferred.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
