About the role : We’re looking for a hands-on Senior AI Engineer to build and improve AI-powered applications. You’ll work on retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), multi-agent systems, and cloud deployments, helping turn ideas and prototypes into reliable solutions.

What you’ll do

- Design, build, and maintain LLM-powered applications and AI workflows.
- Develop RAG pipelines covering document processing, embeddings, retrieval, and response generation.
- Build multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
- Work with agent communication approaches, including the A2A protocol.
- Implement and tune similarity search using cosine similarity, dot product, and related vector search techniques.
- Deploy and operate AI solutions on AWS or another cloud platform.
- Evaluate quality, troubleshoot issues, and improve performance, reliability, and cost.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver solutions that meet business needs.





What we’re looking for

- 3–4 years of relevant AI/ML or software engineering experience, including practical AI application development.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or comparable frameworks.
- Experience building RAG systems and working with vector databases or embedding-based retrieval.
- Understanding of multi-agent frameworks and agent-to-agent communication; A2A protocol experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with embeddings, cosine similarity, dot product, and search relevance.
- Experience deploying applications on AWS or another cloud platform.
- Solid programming and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to join immediately.
