Role Summary We are looking for a high-agency individual who can design, build, and deploy autonomous AI systems that replace manual workflows across the organization.

This role is not about experimenting with AI tools - it's about eliminating human dependency in repeatable processes by building production-grade agentic systems.

You will own the full lifecycle: problem workflow design AI system deployment optimization

Required Skills

Technical

- Robust experience with LLMs and prompt engineering

- Basic backend understanding (Python / JS preferred)

Systems Thinking

- Ability to convert messy real-world workflows into structured systems
- Strong understanding of business processes
- Optimization mindset (speed, cost, scalability)

Execution
