Strong Python programming

GCP & Vertex AI Mandatory

Agentic AI / Multi-Agent Systems (MAS)

Google ADK (Agent Development Kit) or similar frameworks

Sequential & loop-based agent workflows

AI Evaluation Precision, Recall, F1, trajectory analysis & faithfulness

LLM concepts – SFT, CoT & ReAct

Multi-agent architecture & data processing

Agent deployment on cloud

Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows

Interrupt & Resume patterns

Debugging & Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

Strong communication & customer collaboration skills

Positive-to-Have Skills

A2A / MCP

CI/CD for Multi-Agent applications

LLM integration with Knowledge Graphs

Agent memory / Memory Bank

Agile development experience
