Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Agency Manager role based in Kakori.

The Agency

Manager is responsible for developing and managing a network of insurance agents, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance monitoring. This role involves setting sales targets, driving achievement of business goals, and ensuring compliant, customer-focused selling practices.

Manager will regularly engage with local market stakeholders,



conduct field visits, support agents in client meetings, and oversee the implementation of sales campaigns and promotional activities. The position also requires tracking key performance metrics, preparing periodic reports, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive sustainable business growth.

Qualifications

- Experience in sales, business development, or agency/channel management in insurance or financial services.
- Strong skills in team leadership, coaching, and performance management for field or sales teams.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a focus on customer service and ethical selling.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office) and comfort with digital tools for reporting and communication.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to work with targets, analyze sales data, and make data-informed decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field; relevant experience in insurance is an advantage.
- Knowledge of health insurance products and local market dynamics around Kakori is preferred.
- Demonstrated integrity, customer-centric mindset, and capacity to work in a rapid-paced environment.
