About the Role

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented After Sales Support person to manage and grow after-sales business across the designated territory.

The role will focus on driving sales of machine modifications, formats, spare parts, and service contracts, while managing customer relationships and coordinating closely with internal service teams and international manufacturing facilities. The position requires a strong combination of technical understanding, sales ability, customer relationship management, and commercial coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Sell and promote the companies range of products and equipment with the emphasis on Sales of Modification and Formats in designated territory.
- Sell and promote sales of spare parts and service work/contracts.
- Achieve designated sales goals.
- Open and maintain projects in the CRM.
- Issue quotations to customers for Modifications and Formats and required service work.
- Issue and maintain all required documentation for purchase orders to the factory.
- Receive, review, and verify format/modification invoices received from the factory.
- Manage invoices to customers for projects and work related to After Sales projects.
- Prepare monthly sales spreadsheets for management report and department budgeting purposes.
- Coordinate with Service Department for scheduling and installations of After Sales projects.
- Visit/contact all customers in designated area and log visits in CRM.
- Must spend minimum of 50% of available work time visiting customers.
- Maintain involvement and close contact with Italian manufacturing facilities on all projects and orders and must be main contact for customers during order/manufacturing of parts and straight through installation and completion of project
- Attend and participate in sales meetings, conference calls, training programs and conventions as directed.

Candidate Requirements:





- Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 0-6 years of experience in technical sales, after-sales sales, industrial equipment, machinery, automation, engineering products, or a related field.
- Strong interest in customer-facing sales and business development.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate customer needs into appropriate solutions.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory for customer meetings and business development.
- Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, quotations, orders, and customer requirements simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, MS Excel, and other business applications.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, service teams, and international manufacturing teams.
