Key Responsibilities

- Draft and review legal notices, agreements, affidavits, applications, and other legal documents.

- Assist in handling civil, commercial, consumer, labour, and recovery-related matters.

- Coordinate with external advocates, courts, police, and government authorities as required.

- Maintain legal files, case records, deadlines, and documentation.

- Assist in preparing replies to legal notices and customer or vendor disputes.

- Support the company in employee-related legal matters and contractual disputes.

- Review business agreements and identify potential legal risks.

- Assist management with legal research and advice on routine matters.

- Maintain confidentiality of company documents, customer information, and legal records.

Required Qualifications

- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.

- Enrollment with the relevant State Bar Council.

- Basic knowledge of civil, commercial, contract, labour, and consumer laws.





- Good legal drafting, research, and documentation skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.

Preferred Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in legal practice or corporate legal work.

- Experience handling legal notices, documentation, recovery matters, and court-related work will be preferred.

- Experience in automobile, manufacturing, or corporate legal matters will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
