We are looking for a dedicated Advocate to handle Trademark Registry (TMR) related work at our firm, S. Narayan Associates.
Freshers with an LL.B. degree are also welcome to apply. Candidates who are interested in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and Trademark Law can apply, even if they do not have prior experience. Training and guidance can be provided to suitable candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Trademark Registry (TMR) related matters.
- Drafting and filing trademark examination replies and oppositions.
- Assisting with trademark hearings and legal proceedings.
- Preparing legal documents and client correspondence.
- Maintaining trademark application records and case updates.
- Coordinating with clients regarding trademark matters.
Eligibility Criteria:
- LL.B. degree is mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic knowledge of Trademark Law will be an advantage.
- Good drafting, communication, and computer skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in the field of IPR.
Salary: As per candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience. Job Type: Full-time
