Job Title: Service Advisor cum Spare Parts In-charge
Location: Chirayinkeezhu, Thiruvananthapuram
- Attend customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare job cards and coordinate with technicians for servicing and repairs.
- Manage spare parts stock, inventory, and stock records.
- Issue spare parts to technicians and coordinate parts ordering.
- Follow up with customers regarding service status and vehicle delivery.
- Maintain service records and basic computer entries
- Requirements:Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in automobile service or spare parts handling.
