: Admission Counsellor – UG & PG Admissions

Vidya Career Vision is an education consultancy dedicated to helping students and working professionals choose the right higher education programs. We provide career counselling and admission assistance for Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) courses offered by reputed universities.

We are looking for experienced, target-oriented Admission Counsellors who have strong knowledge of UG & PG courses and the ability to convert prospective students into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and working professionals regarding UG & PG programs, including BA, BBA, BCA, B.Com, MBA, MCA, M.Com, MA and other relevant courses.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fee structures, specializations, university options and admission procedures.
- Handle prospective student leads through outbound calls, follow-ups and counselling sessions.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds, career goals and budget to recommend suitable courses.
- Convert interested leads into confirmed admissions by effectively handling objections and closing sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up schedules and CRM updates.
- Build robust relationships with students and parents to improve conversion rates.

Mandatory Requirements




- Prior experience in UG & PG admission counselling and course sales is mandatory.
- Candidates must have practical knowledge of UG & PG courses, eligibility criteria, fee structures and admission processes.
- Must have proven skills in telecalling, lead follow-ups, objection handling and admission conversion.
- Strong communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet admission sales goals.
- Experience in online university admissions or education consultancy will be preferred.

This position is strictly for experienced candidates who understand UG & PG courses and can actively sell courses and convert leads into admissions.

Freshers and candidates without relevant admission counselling or education sales experience are requested not to apply.
