Job Brief:

A premier fitness center/gym in Nashik is hiring an Admission / Membership Sales Manager to handle membership sales, walk-in consultations, and client conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct tours for walk-in prospective members and explain gym facilities, classes, and packages.

- Convert inquiries into active fitness memberships and achieve monthly sales targets.

- Follow up with leads generated via phone calls, social media, and local promotions.

- Maintain member records and build long-term relationships for membership renewals.

Requirements:

- Any Graduate.

- 1–3 years of experience in membership sales, fitness counseling, or front-office sales.

- Passion for fitness, strong convincing skills, and outgoing personality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
