Techno Institute of Higher Studies is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Admission Head to lead and manage the institute's admission process. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, counseling, and team management skills, along with a proven ability to achieve admission targets and drive student enrollment.

The candidate will be responsible for developing admission strategies, managing the admissions team, coordinating student counseling activities, and ensuring a smooth and efficient admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement admission strategies to achieve institutional enrollment targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the admissions team to meet monthly and annual admission goals.
- Oversee student inquiries, follow-ups, counseling, applications, and enrollment procedures.
- Monitor leads generated through digital marketing, telecalling, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective students and parents to maximize conversions.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, educational consultants, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor admission performance, prepare reports, and analyze conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the marketing, academic, and administration departments to support admission activities.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with institutional admission policies.




- Maintain a high standard of student and parent communication throughout the admission process.

Eligibility and Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relevant discipline.
- Relevant experience in admission management or education counseling is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a leadership or team management role is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve admission and enrollment targets.
- Good knowledge of student counseling, lead management, and admission processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, CRM systems, and admission management software.
- Robust organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
