Job Summary:

Excelsior American School is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Admissions Head with strong leadership, parent engagement, and proven admission-closing skills. The candidate will be responsible for driving enrolment growth, strengthening the school's brand presence, and leading strategic admissions and marketing initiatives.

Admissions & Enrolment Growth -

Drive admissions through strategic lead conversion and personalised parent engagement.

Oversee the enrolment journey, database accuracy, and student onboarding.

Marketing & Brand Strategy -

Elevate brand visibility through digital campaigns, content strategy, and SEO.

Drive enquiry generation through targeted outreach, referrals, and alumni networks.

Events & Community Partnerships -

Lead high-impact events and initiatives that strengthen parent engagement and community outreach.





Build strategic partnerships with RWAs, day-care centres, and admission networks.

Performance & Coordination -

Monitor lead conversion, enrolment trends, and marketing ROI.

Drive cross-functional collaboration, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Proven experience in school admissions, preferably in a reputed international or premium school.
- Strong track record of achieving admission targets and closing enquiries.
- Excellent communication, counselling, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, lead management systems, and CRM tools.
- Robust analytical skills with a target-driven and result-oriented approach.
