Birla Open Minds International School is looking for a motivated and experienced Admission Counselor to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

- Counsel parents regarding the school’s admission process, curriculum, facilities, and academic programs.
- Handle admission inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Guide parents through the admission process, documentation, and enrollment procedures.
- Follow up with prospective parents and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Maintain admission records, inquiry databases, and regular follow-up reports.
- Build positive relationships with parents and ensure a qualified experience throughout the admission journey.

Eligibility Criteria




- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a relevant postgraduate qualification will be preferred.
- Prior experience as an Admission Counselor in a school, preferably an international school, is required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
- Good knowledge of school admission procedures and parent engagement.
- Proficiency in MS Office and maintaining admission records.
- A professional, presentable, and student-parent-friendly approach.
