Responsibilities

- Own admission targets and strategy for the campus
- Lead and mentor the counseling team
- Drive high-value admissions for MBA, MMS and PGDBM programs
- Plan outreach, events, partnerships and lead-generation campaigns
- Work with marketing and management to improve conversion
- Report on admission performance, funnel and revenue

Requirements

- Graduate / MBA in any discipline
- 5+ years in admissions, education sales or business development, with team handling experience
- Robust record of achieving large targets
- Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills
