Job Opening: Experienced Online Admission Counsellor – MBA & Degree Programs Company: Rudnexa Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Minimum 1–2 Years (Mandatory) Industry: Education / EdTech / University Admissions About the Role Rudnexa is looking for experienced and result-oriented Admission Counsellors who have prior experience selling online MBA programs, online degrees, and other higher education courses. Candidates with previous experience working with or selling courses from universities such as LPU, DY Patil, Manipal, Amity, Kurukshetra University, or similar universities will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities - Handle student leads and counsel them regarding online MBA, bachelor's degrees, and other online programs.

- Explain university options, course details, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and admission procedures.

- Convert prospective student leads into confirmed admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.

- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable universities and programs.

- Manage the complete admission sales process, from the first call to enrolment.

- Achieve monthly admission targets and maintain accurate lead records in the CRM.

- Follow up with interested students through calls and WhatsApp.

Eligibility





Criteria - Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in education sales, admission counselling, or online university course sales.

- Prior experience selling online MBA programs and degree courses is mandatory.

- Experience with LPU, DY Patil, Manipal, Amity, Kurukshetra University, or similar universities is highly preferred.

- Good communication, negotiation, and student counselling skills.

- Ability to handle objections, follow up with leads, and close admissions independently.

- Freshers are not eligible for this position.
