We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and student-focused Admission Counsellor to join a reputed school in jhansi, UP. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with parents and prospective students, explain the school's offerings, and guide families throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries from prospective parents and students regarding admissions, courses, fee structures, and school facilities.
- Counsel parents on the school's curriculum, academic programs, extracurricular activities, and admission policies.
- Manage the complete admission process, from initial enquiry to final enrolment.
- Conduct follow-up calls, schedule campus visits, and coordinate admission meetings with parents.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, applications, admissions, and follow-up activities.
- Assist parents with application forms, document verification, and admission formalities.




- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents to ensure a smooth admission experience.
- Support the school in achieving its admission and enrolment targets.
- Coordinate with the administration and academic teams to ensure effective communication and timely processing of admissions.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with relevant counselling or education-related qualifications will be preferred.
- Prior experience in admission counselling, educational counselling, customer relations, or sales will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, convincing, and relationship-building abilities.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office or similar applications.
- A professional, approachable, and parent-friendly attitude.
