Computronics Lab is looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day office operations and support administrative and basic HR activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update Excel sheets, records, and documentation
- Handle calling and coordination with clients, vendors, and team members
- Manage day-to-day office administration
- Maintain purchase records, inventory, and stock details
- Assist in basic accounts work such as invoices, payment follow-ups, and record keeping
- Handle emails, documents, and filing
- Support the team in daily office and operational tasks

HR & Office Management Responsibilities:

- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
- Assist in recruitment and hiring process for required positions




- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Track and manage daily employee attendance
- Support salary processing and basic payroll coordination
- Maintain regular interaction with employees for smooth communication and issue handling

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of accounts, HR processes, and office administration
- Organized, responsible, and willing to learn

Experience:

- 0–2 years experience (Freshers can also apply)
