We are looking for Accounts Receivable Executive to join our finance team in Jaipur. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer receivables, payment follow-ups, account reconciliation, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | WFO Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 CTC

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage accounts receivable and customer payment collections.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
- Prepare and analyze AR aging reports.
- Post and allocate customer payments accurately.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Maintain invoices and receivables records.




- Coordinate with internal teams and customers regarding collection issues.

Requirements:

- Graduation is mandatory – preferably in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant Accounts Receivable experience.
- Fluent in English – both written and spoken.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
