TechConnexions is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager for a leading, high-growth B2B fintech SaaS company.
We are seeking a hands-on finance professional who can own end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, strengthen vendor management, ensure statutory compliance and drive efficient payment processes.
? Key Responsibilities
▪️ Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, including invoice verification, PO matching and payment processing.
▪️ Oversee vendor onboarding, vendor reconciliations and commercial terms.
▪️ Ensure timely vendor payments in line with internal policies and approval workflows.
▪️ Manage MSME vendor compliance, payment timelines and statutory reporting.
▪️ Ensure accurate TDS deductions, GST applicability and related compliance.
▪️ Coordinate with Treasury for cash-flow forecasting and payment planning.
▪️ Maintain accurate accounting records, ledgers and payment vouchers in Tally.
▪️ Support internal and external audits and strengthen financial controls.
? What We're Looking For
✅ 5+ years of core Accounts Payable experience.
✅ Hands-on expertise in Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
✅ Solid knowledge of the MSME Act, TDS and GST regulations.
✅ Experience in vendor management, invoice processing and payment reconciliation.
✅ Prior experience in IT/technology companies is preferred.
✅ B.Com / M.Com / Finance-related qualification; CA Inter or MBA Finance preferred.
