Job Title: P2P Executive / Analyst

Experience: Minimum 1 year in P2P / Accounts Payable

We are hiring a P2P (Procure to Pay) Executive responsible for managing end-to-end accounts payable activities, ensuring accurate invoice processing, timely payments, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end P2P process (Procurement to Payment)
- Process vendor invoices with accuracy and within timelines
- Perform 3-way matching (PO, Invoice, GRN)
- Manage vendor payments and ensure timely disbursement
- Handle vendor queries and issue resolution
- Perform accounts payable reconciliation
- Maintain vendor master data
- Ensure compliance with policies, controls, and SLAs

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of P2P / Accounts Payable process
- Experience in invoice processing, vendor management, and payments
- Strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) preferred

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant P2P / AP experience
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Positive to Have:

- Exposure to international clients (US/EMEA)
- Knowledge of TDS, GST, and invoice compliance (India)
