Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of 25 to 40 data analysts focused on invoice reconciliation/any other data research process (preferably in the airline, hotel & telecom sector)

- Train and mentor team members on data analysis techniques and invoice reconciliation procedures

- Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, vendors, and other departments to resolve data issues

- Manage teams across various time zones and develop solutions to improve workflows

- Develop and implement strategies for streamlining the invoice reconciliation process

- Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards

- Good understanding of secondary research

- Leverage data analysis tools and techniques to identify and investigate data discrepancies

- Develop and implement quality control procedures for invoice reconciliation/any other data research process

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies





- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

- Prepare reports and presentations on key activities and findings

- Collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, vendors, and other departments to resolve data issues

- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment

- 12+ years of overall experience

- Should have minimum 4 years of people management experience

- Excellent Communication skills (Written & Verbal), interpersonal skills, and leadership skills Expertise in Internet research techniques

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

- Good understanding of Six Sigma & Lean management

- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
