Role Overview:

The Accounts Manager is a pivotal leadership role within our organization, responsible for overseeing and managing all financial aspects of our business. This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker who can command numbers, identify financial opportunities and risks, and build robust systems to support our global growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of factory dynamics, export finance, and statutory compliance, and will possess the ability to work with speed, accuracy, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Management:
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate books of accounts, ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Manage GST, TDS, audits, and banking activities to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Handle export documentation, including BRC/FIRC management, to facilitate smooth international transactions.
- Develop and implement cash flow planning strategies to optimize financial resources and support business growth.
- Conduct cost analysis to identify areas for financial improvement and efficiency.

- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a small accounts team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Build and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline financial processes and enhance team productivity.




- Provide real-time financial insights and reports to support management in making informed decisions.

- Risk Management and Compliance:
- Identify and flag financial risks, implementing measures to mitigate potential issues.
- Ensure strict adherence to statutory compliance requirements, maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity.

- Strategic Support:
- Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies that align with the company’s global growth objectives.
- Act as a financial advisor to the leadership team, providing insights and recommendations to drive business success.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional accounting certification (e.g., CA, CPA) is preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or export-focused environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, export finance, and statutory compliance.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
