Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and financial summaries for management.

- Collect, consolidate, and analyze financial and accounting data.

- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of reports.

- Assist with basic accounting operations and account reconciliation.

- Work with Tally and Excel to maintain financial data and reporting formats.

- Support GST and TDS-related documentation and reporting.

- Identify discrepancies in data and coordinate with the concerned teams for corrections.

Mandatory Skills

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the real estate industry.

- Relevant experience in Accounts and MIS reporting.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and data management.

- Basic accounting knowledge.





- Solid attention to detail and data accuracy.

Key / Preferred Skills

- Tally

- GST and TDS

- Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and reporting formulas.

- MIS dashboards and financial analysis.

- Reconciliation and financial documentation.

Candidate Profile

- Strong analytical and numerical skills.

- Good organizational and time-management abilities.

- Ability to work with deadlines and maintain reporting accuracy.

- Candidates from non-real-estate industries will not be considered.
