Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Finance and Accounts Executive to join our team at Pet Point. The Accounts Executive will manage day-to-day accounting tasks, handle billing, support monthly financial reporting, and ensure accuracy in financial records. This role requires a proactive individual who can work efficiently with the Accounts Manager to support the financial health of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee daily billing operations, including processing invoices for purchases from retail stores.
- Track and manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all accounting entries are documented correctly in compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile bank statements, account ledgers, and inventory to ensure accuracy in financial data.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial statements, expense reports, and other ad-hoc reports as needed.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to monitor inventory costs and assist in periodic audits.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with local financial regulations and tax requirements.




- Work closely with the Accounts Manager and other departments to streamline financial processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
- Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of accounting software, preferably Vasy or similar.
- Previous experience in a retail or pet-related industry.
