Role & responsibilities
1. Solid Accounting Foundation
2. Ability to finalise Balance Sheet without supervision
Experience of
Ledger scrutiny
Bank reconciliation
Debtor/creditor ageing
Fixed asset register maintenance
Prepaid/Accrued expenses
GST/ TDS reconciliations
Ability to coordinate with statutory auditors independently
3.Taxation Knowledge
TDS (salary + non-salary), GST returns, 26AS reconciliation
Basic understanding of personal taxation
4.Personal Accounting
Investment tracking
Understanding of HUF
Preferred candidate profile
1. Essential Software Skills:
Tally Prime (mandatory) & Basic SAP
Excel (advanced)
GST portal, Income Tax portal
Experience with banking portals
2.Minimum 46 years of hands-on accounting experience
3.At least 2 years independently handling finalisation
4.Prior experience maintaining promoter/director personal books is a strong advantage
