Accounts Executive – Purchase & Stock

Job Location: Tiwariganj, Chinhat, Lucknow – 226028

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

We are looking for an Accounts Executive – Purchase & Stock to manage purchase accounting, stock records, inventory reconciliation, and day-to-day accounts activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Purchase invoice entry and verification
- Maintain purchase and stock records
- Stock reconciliation and inventory accounting
- Vendor ledger and payment-related accounting
- Verify purchase bills, GRN and supporting documents
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores and Accounts departments
- Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports

Requirements

- Qualification: B. Com / M. Com or equivalent
- Experience: 2–5 years
- Positive knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel
- Knowledge of GST and basic accounting
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred
