Core Accounting Tasks

- Maintain and update financial records (sales, purchases, receipts, payments)

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in accounting software (like Tally, SAP, etc.)

- Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and vouchers

- Manage accounts payable and receivable

Financial Management

- Monitor cash flow and ensure proper fund management

- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies

- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking

- Ensure timely vendor payments and collections

Compliance & Reporting

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

- Assist in GST filing, TDS, and tax-related compliance

- Maintain records for audit purposes

- Support internal and external audits

Coordination & Communication

- Coordinate with internal teams (HR, operations, sales) for financial data

- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding payments and invoices

- Provide financial insights to management when required





Documentation & Record Keeping

- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions

- Ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date

- File and organize financial documents for easy retrieval

Tools &

Skills Required

- Knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Excel, ERP systems)

- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
